Elements 85 started with a shared passion for food and entertainment. Steeve Silloux the head chef was born in Tahiti where a love for fine food took him to be classically trained across France. Steeve has partnered with Annalie & Oliver Gilmartin to deliver his culinary vision with their love of entertainment to create delicious food with one of a kind events.
